CM assures Ahmadiyya Jamaat speedy probe in FB incident

QADIAN (GURDASPUR): A high level of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat delegate met Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal in his resident today and demanded for speedy investigation of the anti-Sikh post on the Facebook.
Mohammad Nasim Khan secretary for Internal affairs of Jamaat Ahmadiyya met Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal with Syed Tanvir Ahmad External affairs secretary of Ahmadiyya Jamaat, Maulana Zaheer Ahmad Khadim secretary Ahmadiyya Jamaat and Akil Ahmad Saharnapuri.
Mohammad Nasim Khan told Chief Minister Badal that Jamat Ahmadiyya gives full respect to Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The sacrilegious post on Facebook allegedly attributed to some youth who claimed himself to be an Ahmadiyya appears did so deliberately to create animosity between the Ahmadiyya sect and Sikhs.
He told Chief Minister Ahmadiyya Jamaat was not involved in this incident. Chief Minister assured Ahmadiyya delegation that he will order speedy investigation. He further said that no one will be allowed to destroy Punjab Peace.
It may be recalled that an unidentified youth claiming himself to be an Ahamdiyya Muslim had posted anti-Sikh pictures and stuff on Facebook which had led to tension in the area.
