Mehndi competition held at Khalsa College Chawinda Devi

AMRITSAR:A  Mehndi Competition was held at Khalsa College Chawinda Devi today in which the students took keen interest in the art of applying 'hena' at each other’s palms.

Principal of the College Dr.Paramjit Singh Dua said that students showed enthusiasm in the traditional artistic designs of mehndi.

Amandeep Kaur was declared First, Mandeep Kaur and Jasmeet Kaur were bracketed as Second while Ramandeep Kaur achieved Third position. Dr. Dua motivated the students to take active participation in such extra-curricular activities that helps to shape their personality and interest.
