AMRITSAR: The three day long National Workshop of Artists will begin tomorrow. As many as 30 artists from all over the country will be taking part to show their talent, stated Mr.Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina, President of Indian Academy of Fine Art (IAFA), here today. He was addressing the media persons. He said the top artists from West Bengal, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Maharshtra and Gujrat would be coming to exhibit their talent.
Mr.Chhina said The artists coming to take part in the workshop which was open to general public included V. S. Rahi, C.M. Patil G. Y. Giri, Madan Lal, Harish Srivastava, Prof. Bharti ,O. P. Taak, Neenu Vij, P. Subhash Babu, Gopal Kirodiwal, K Seshagiri Rao, S. Jagdeep S. Garcha, C. Narappa, S. Jaspal, D. Ananthaiah, Ajit Singh Jabbal, B. Narahari, Kulwant Singh Gill, G. Ramakrishna
Bhupinder Singh Nanda, L Narinder Nath, Dharminder Sharma, Rajiv Chakarborty, Sukhpal Singh, Dr. Mamta Singh, Poli Kaur, Sudhir Tripurari, P.K. Chhabra, Col Karam Jit Singh, Dilip Kumar Sharma,. Amritsar Mayor Bakshi Ram Arora will inaugurate while Kamal Sharma, Advisor (Political) Chief Minister, Punjab will be presiding over the valedictory function on October 29, said Mr. Chhina.
