ROPAR: Rotary club Ropar organised a blood donation camp at local Parmar hospital in collaboration with Shaheed Bhagat Singh Desh Sewa Club and District Blood donors coordination committee Ropar.
Former District Governor Rotary International Dr. R.S.Parmar inagurated the camp.
A team from Blood Bank of civil hospital Ropar led by Dr. Gurvinder Kaur collected 31 units of blood during the camp.
Rotary Club president R.C.Grover said that the blood camps were being organised in view of the increasing demand of blood due to Dengue diseases.
Ropar Civil Surgeon Dr. Rajneesh Sood, Municipal Councillor Paramjit Singh Makkar, Rotarians B.S.Satyal, H.S.Saini, B.K.Sood, Inderpreet Singh, Swaranjit Singh, Rotract Club president Rahul Mehta, Shaheed Bahagt Singh Desh Sewa Club presindet Naveen Dardi and District blood donors coordination committee president Kanwaljit Singh Baba were also present on the occasion.
