CHANDIGARH: Two men are committed suicide by hanging themselves at their residences in different parts of the city on thursday.
33 years old Amandeep Singh Saini was found hanging from a ceiling fan in House no.514 sector 40. Police said there is no suicide note was found from the house of the deceased. The deceased was stressed due to a family dispute,and that may have led him to end his life. Amandeep had also battled drug addiction in the past, and was admitted to various de-addiction centres.
In other case, Karamjit singh, 26 allegedly ended his life by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at his house in Burail. Sec34 station house officer Ajay Kumar said, Karamjit repaired air conditioners for a living. We have not recovered any suicide note from the house. Investigation is underway.He said karamjit's brother had also committed sucide a couple of years ago
