Ghanta Ghar
The Victoria Memorial Clock Tower, popular name Ghanta Ghar Ludhiana, was inaugurated on October 18, 1906 by the then Lt- Governor of Punjab and its dependencies, Sir Charles Montgomery. The Clock Tower, the prime landmark of the city, has also come up as the representative emblem of Ludhiana. The tower had been erected as a memorial to the silver jubilee year of Queen Victoriaâ's regime.
Lodi qila
The over 500-years –old Lodhi fort, constructed by Muslim ruler Sikander Lodhi on a strategic location along the banks of Sutlej in city, has gone to rack and ruin, thanks to the official apathy as well as the indifferent attitude of the city residents towards it. The once—strong citadel, basically a military fort, that withstood many an invader has crumbled under the onslaught elements in last five centuries. Gurudwara Shri Manji Sahib Alamgir
Situated 10 Km from Ludhiana, the gurudwara commemorates the place where the Muslim devotees Nabi Khan and Ghani Khan had carried Guru Gobind Singh to safety during the battle. Guru Gobind Singh (1666-1708), the last of the Sikh Gurus, transformed the pacifist Sikh sect into a martial community. He introduced rites of initiation into well-organised Sikh army known as the 'Khalsa'.

Gurdwara Charan Kamal Sahib
Situated on Charan Kamal Road in the city of Machiwara, near Bus Stand. It is connected by road to Ludhiana-Chandigarh highway at Samrala (42 km) and to Ropar (46 km) by Guru Gobind Singh Marg. Gurdwara Charan Kanwal at Machhiwara marks the site of the garden where Guru Gobind Singh had a sip of water and a spell of brief sleep.
Another shrine popularly called Gurdwara Chubara Sahib is located at Machhiwara. Here at the house of Masand Gulaba the Guru spent the night. The place is known as 'Gulaba da Chubara'.
It is here Gurji sang "Mitra Piyare Nu". The Gurdwara is supplied water from the same well believed to be the one from which garden was watered during those days. An annual congregation fair is held in December, corresponding to 9th & 10th of Poh, the days of Guruji stay at Machiwara.
Phillaur Fort
This is an ancient fort situated on the banks of the Sutlej River in Phillaur, Punjab.
The fort has come a long way over the centuries. From the ruins in the early 17th century it was converted to a serai in the latter half of the century and then to a sort of mud fort in the 18th century. It grew into prominence when it became the military bastion of Maharaja Ranjit Singh in 1809-12. The British converted it into to the Police training College and after Independence; it became the Punjab Police Academy.
Smaller in size, the Phillaur fort has huge entrance gates and meandering paths leading to the inner residential palace. It also has moats or ditches surrounding the outer boundary.

Bhir
Bhir has the famous mosque built by Mohammad Ghori in 1911, 150 years old Khangah of Abdul Rehman Khan, mausoleum of Alawal Khan built during Shah Jehan's regime, octagonal in shape, surmounted by double pear shaped dome, the tomb of Bahadur Khan with sloping walls, 2 storied, double tomb of Husain Khan, Bilwanwali Masjid, mosque of Kamal-ud-din Khan/ Sarai Doraha on the main highway, Ludhiana dates back to Emperor Jehangir's time.
The Museum of Rural history of Punjab
It is situated on the Punjab Agriculture University campus. The museum building resemble the traditional houses of rural Punjab . A 100 yard long path, flanked on both sides by water channels, leads to the finely carved doors of the museum. There are exhibits of old bronze utensils, farming equipment etc. Open from 9 am to 1.00 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm
