Do you have a prefect job, perfect work environment? Are you fully contended and satisfied with your work? And a matter of fact you spend most of your time at your work place. Being sanguine, you see a promising future with the organisation. Like always, one day you open your eyes to a beautiful morning; follow your regular routine have breakfast finish your daily chores and leave for work. You thank God for everything He has given you and couldn’t get better. As soon as you reach office, suddenly your phone (office phone) rings and your boss urge to see you in his cabin right away. You walk into his office with a note pad and sit unerringly opposite to him. He confirms he has not called you for any work but a little chit-chat. You get a little suspicious and feel awkward with him getting comfortable with you.
