CHANDIGARH: Haryana Government has approved setting of Government Model Sanskriti Primary School in Uklana Assembly constituency. Minister of State, Mr. Anoop Dhanak expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal, Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Dushyant Chautala and Education Minister, Mr. Kanwarpal for this important decision taken in the direction to bring reforms in Education Sector.
Mr.Anoop Dhanak said that by approving to set up Government Model Sanstriti Primary School, the government has revived it's resolution to improve the standard of education.
He informed that total 20 such schools will be set up in Uklana region. 8 such schools will be set up in Agroha block which includes GPS Agroha, GPS Kanoh, GPS Kuleri, GGPS Kuleri, GGPS Nangthala, GPS Nangthala, GGPS Siwani Bolan and GPS Siwani Bolan.
A total of 8 Government Model Sanskriti Primary Schools will be set up in Barwala Block. These include GPS Bayana Kheda, GGPS Khedar, GGPS Balak, GPS Balak, GGPS Kharak Punia, GPS Kharak Punia, GPS Panihari and GGPS Rajali. Similarly, 4 Government Model Sanskriti Primary Schools will be set up in Uklana Block. These include GPS Uklana Village, GGPS Uklana Mandi, GPS Bethamada and GGPS Daulatpur.
Notably, Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal has given go-ahead for the setting up of 108 new english medium Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary Schools and 1000 Government Model Sanskriti Primary School (Bag Free Schools) in the State. The admission process in these schools will be on first come first serve basis. There would be a separate cadre of teachers for these schools and their selection would be made from the teaching staff of existing government schools on the basis of screening. Government Model Sanskriti Primary Schools will be in English-Hindi medium.
Mr. Dhanak informed that well equipped arrangement of labs such as Physics, Biology, Maths, Computers and Chemistry lab will be made in these schools. Swimming Pools, Skating Rinks, BasketBall Court, Digital and Computer libraries will be constructed. Apart from basic facilities like smoke detectors, fire-fighting equipment, CCTV, solar power panels and landscaping, all these Sanskriti Model Schools would be equipped with digital facilities like digital classrooms; projector, interactive whiteboards, LCD, digital podium, cloud-based E-learning initiatives and wi-fi and bio-metric attendance system.
