CHANDIGARH: Former Deputy Speaker Bir Devinder Singh has resigned from primary membership of Shiromani Akali Dal(Sanyukt).
In a press release Bir Devinder Singh announced his resignation from hospital where he is admitted after heart surgery. He however said his political options are still wide open to work with other like minded political parties of my choice which could deliver a reasonably good political agenda for the state of Punjab minus Badal family and the BJP Consortium. I will take recourse of the situation very soon in consultation with the wider public view and also with my time tested friends in India and abroad.
