Google India has signed a major office space lease deal in Gurugram’s Atrium Place, taking on nearly 6.17 lakh square feet of commercial space in a transaction valued at around ₹671 crore over five years.
According to transaction documents from Propstack, the fresh lease comes at a time when demand for Grade-A commercial infrastructure in India is witnessing a sharp surge.
The leased space is located in Tower 1 of Atrium Place, a joint venture between DLF and Hines.
Under the agreement, Google India will pay a monthly rent of approximately ₹10.55 crore at a rate of ₹171 per sq ft. The company has also deposited ₹63.65 crore as security.
As per documents registered in April 2026, the lease includes a 15% rent escalation every three years. The agreement became effective from October 1, 2025, and covers office floors from the 2nd to the 16th level of the tower.
The deal further highlights Gurugram’s growing position as a key corporate hub for global technology firms and major multinational companies expanding their presence in India.
