Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu have expressed deep condolence on the untimely demise of Anand Bodh, Senior Assistant Editor of The Times of India, who passed away today at IGMC Shimla due to cardiac arrest.
The Governor highlighted Anand Bodh's unwavering dedication to journalism and his remarkable ability to bring attention to crucial issues concerning Himachal. He said that Sh. Bodh's deep understanding of the state's dynamics and his commitment to truthful reporting made him a highly respected figure in the media community.
The Chief Minister said that Anand Bodh's sudden demise is a huge loss for the journalistic fraternity. He recalled Bodh's long-standing service in Shimla and his roots in Himachal Pradesh, which gave him a unique perspective on the state's issues. He prayed for the peace of the departed soul and expressed his deep sympathies with the bereaved family members.
