Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal Has Accorded Approval To Transfer The Area Of Village Rataur From Police Station Raipur Rani (Panchkula) To Police Station Naraingarh (Ambala) In Public Interest

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal has accorded approval to transfer the area of village Rataur from Police Station Raipur Rani (Panchkula) to Police Station Naraingarh (Ambala) in public interest.

While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that village Rataur falls under the jurisdiction of Police Station, Raipur Rani, district Panchkula whereas this village comes under revenue district Ambala.

He said that the criminal cases pertaining to Police Station Raipur Rani are listed in the Learned Court of District Panchkula, whereas, the administration related work of this village is made through BDPO-Shazadpur, district Ambala. Apart from this, the revenue records of this village is also in Tehsil Naraingarh, district Ambala.

The spokesman said that due to inconvenience mode of transport, the villagers of Rataur feel very uncomfortable to visit Police Station, Raipur Rani of Commissionerate Panchkula. Therefore, the transfer of village Rataur from Police Station Raipur Rani (Panchkula) to Police Station Naraingarh (Ambala) is necessary on administrative ground and in public interest, he added.
