Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank has issued an important advisory for its customers, announcing a temporary suspension of most digital banking services as it upgrades its Core Banking System (CBS) to the new Finacle platform.

The bank said the migration process will begin at 5:00 PM on July 17 and continue until 10:00 AM on July 22. During this period, customers will not be able to access key digital banking services, including ATM transactions, UPI, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, RuPay debit card services, and Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS).

Regular banking operations at branches that rely on the core banking system are also expected to be affected during the upgrade. Customers may face difficulties with cash withdrawals, online payments, and fund transfers throughout the migration period.

According to the bank, the technology upgrade aims to provide customers with faster, more secure, and modern banking services. Customers have been advised to complete all essential financial transactions before 5:00 PM on July 17 to avoid inconvenience during the scheduled outage.
