The Haryana Government intends to confer Good Governance Awards to employees who have done commendable/ innovative work related to Good Governance in the year 2024 and 2025 on the eve of Good Governance Day i.e. 25.12.2025.
In a letter issued by Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi, it is stated that all eligible employees (regular or contractual) excluding Administrative Secretaries, HoDs and AIS Officers can apply through their respective Head of Office or HoDs or Administrative Secretaries concerned till 13.12.2025, who shall choose and nominate the projects/Schemes/ Programs for the award through the online portal i.e. "haryanagoodgovernanceawards.haryana.gov.in".
The State Flagship Awards shall be uploaded by the Administrative Secretaries. The State Awards are open for all employees to upload on the portal, which shall be given at State Level, and District-level Awards for each district shall be given at District Level.The Department may recommend name of employee(s) for more than one scheme in their respective departments.
The letter further states that the Scrutiny and evaluation of applications/ nominations received will be done by concerned 'Empowered Committee' and shall be finalised the winners. A Trophy, an award certificate signed by the Chief Secretary and cash reward shall be given to all the winners.
