Punjab Government has ordered the transfer and fresh postings of three IAS officers as part of an administrative reshuffle.
According to the official orders, 2014-batch IAS officer Rishi Pal Singh has been appointed as the Member Secretary of the Punjab State Women Commission. He will be responsible for overseeing the commission’s administrative functions and ensuring coordination at the departmental level.
Meanwhile, 2015-batch IAS officer Abhijeet Kaplish has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA). In addition to this role, he has also been given the additional charge of Director, Sports and Youth Services Department.
In another key appointment, 2018-batch IAS officer Sukhjit Pal Singh has been transferred and posted as the Registrar of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana. He will oversee the university’s administrative affairs and institutional management.
The appointments are aimed at strengthening administrative efficiency and improving coordination across key government departments and institutions in Punjab.
