The Bhagwant Singh Mann-led Punjab Government is empowering the state’s eligible and talented youth by providing employment opportunities to help fulfill their dreams. Taking another significant step in this direction, Punjab’s Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, and Fisheries, S. Gurmeet Singh Khuddian, formally handed over appointment letters to four newly appointed candidates of the department during a special ceremony held at the Punjab Civil Secretariat today. The newly inducted workforce includes three clerks and one Group-D employee, who will now officially join the state's administrative setup to serve the public.

The atmosphere during the event was filled with enthusiasm. Cabinet Minister S. Gurmeet Singh Khuddian extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the newly selected employees on their achievement and wished them a bright future. Encouraging the new recruits, he stated that this is not just a job, but a golden opportunity to serve the state. He urged everyone to discharge their duties with utmost dedication, unwavering honesty, and a spirit of public service. The Minister emphasized that good governance and transparent administration form the true foundation of any successful government.

Highlighting the employment initiatives in the state, the Cabinet Minister noted that under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is not merely making promises, but delivering results on the ground. Since taking office, the government has provided over 69,000 government jobs across various departments through a transparent selection process. S. Khuddian proudly added that the government's goal is not just to fill vacant posts, but to build a robust, efficient, and responsive administrative machinery—ensuring every eligible youth in Punjab gets the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the state's progress.

On this occasion, Director of the Animal Husbandry Department Mr. Paramdeep Singh Walia, along with other senior administrative officers of the department, were also present and congratulated the newly appointed recruits.
