The enclosure showcases several iconic elements of Punjabi village life, including hand-woven traditional cots (desi manjas), intricate embroidery, traditional wheat storage structures, a heritage water well, colourful wall art and a dedicated hockey glory wall.

Highlighting the objective behind the initiative, Brar said ‘Saada Pind’ serves as an important bridge connecting the younger generation, particularly those living in urban areas, with Punjab’s rich cultural heritage. She added that hundreds of people, including students, are visiting the enclosure every day.

Emphasising the strong connection between Punjabi heritage and sports, the ADC said hockey is deeply rooted in Punjab's culture and traditions.
