Punjab Government has ordered the posting of six Punjab Civil Services (PCS) officers of the 2026 batch on administrative grounds, according to an official notification issued by the Department of Personnel (IAS Branch). The transfers and appointments have been made with immediate effect.

As per the order issued under the authority of the Governor of Punjab, the officers, who were previously awaiting posting, have been assigned as Extra Assistant Commissioners (Under Training) in various districts and government departments.

Rajmandeep Kaur, PCS, has been posted as Extra Assistant Commissioner (Under Training) in Jalandhar, while Kamalpreet Singh, PCS, has been appointed as Extra Assistant Commissioner (Under Training) with the Director, Excise and Taxation.

Similarly, Punam Garg, PCS, has been posted as Extra Assistant Commissioner (Under Training) in Ludhiana, and Jyoti Walia, PCS, has been assigned the same position in Bathinda.

Amandeep Kaur, PCS, has been posted as Extra Assistant Commissioner (Under Training) in Hoshiarpur, while Kulbir Singh, PCS, has been appointed as Extra Assistant Commissioner (General), Pathankot.

The notification directs all concerned officers to join their new places of posting immediately. The order was issued by Chief Secretary K.A.P. Sinha and is dated September 1, 2026.
