The Speaker of the Haryana Legislative Assembly Gian Chand Gupta has constituted 13 committees for the year 2024-25. The notification in this regard was issued today. Gian Chand Gupta will serve as the ex-officio Chairperson of the Rules Committee, with Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Dushyant Chautala, Kiran Choudhry, Geeta Bhukkal, Abhay Singh Chautala, Ghanshyam Arora, and Sudhir Kumar Singla as members.
Housing Committee
Ranbir Gangwa, the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, will serve as the ex-officio Chairperson of the Housing Committee, with Harvinder Kalyan, Aftab Ahmed, Ram Kumar Gautam, and Randhir Singh Gollen as members.
Committee on Public Accounts
Varun Chaudhary will serve as the Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee, with Ram Kumar Kashyap, Narendra Gupta, Bhavya Bishnoi, Amit Siwach, Surender Panwar, Yogiraj Siwach, Ramnivas, and Randhir Singh Gollen as members.
Committee on Estimates
Kamlesh Dhanda will serve as the Chairperson of the Estimates Committee, with Ishwar Singh, Rao Dan Singh, Jaiveer Singh, Gopal Kanda, Pramod Kumar Vij, Rajesh Nagar, Meva Singh, and Balraj Kundu as members.
Committee for the Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Backward Classes
Satya Prakash Jaravata will serve as the Chairperson of the Committee for the Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Backward Classes.
