In its unwavering commitment to provide reliable, high-quality, and uninterrupted power to consumers, the Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) has embarked on numerous ambitious programs aimed at ensuring complete consumer satisfaction.
A spokesperson for the Nigam highlighted that pursuant to Regulation 2.8.2, the Zonal Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum will address complaints pertaining to financial disputes involving amounts exceeding Rs 1 lakh and up to Rs 3 lakh in each case. Complaint redressal for consumers in districts Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Jhajjar, and Rohtak falling under the Rohtak zone will take place on April 24 from 11 am to 1 pm at the conference hall of the office of the Chief Engineer, Rohtak, located on the 4th floor of Rajiv Gandhi Vidyut Bhawan, Rohtak.
It was further informed that matters such as incorrect billing, electricity rates, meter security, faulty meters, and voltage issues of consumers in the Rohtak zone will be addressed during the session. However, cases related to electricity theft, misuse, and accidents will not be entertained.
UHBVN urges consumers to avail themselves of this opportunity by visiting the Chief Engineer's office in Rohtak on April 24 to have their electricity-related grievances resolved. The Nigam reaffirms its commitment to ensuring continuous and uninterrupted power supply to all consumers across the state.
