Five file papers for Hamirpur PC

On the third day of filing nominations, Vikramaditya Singh (34) son of Virbhadra Singh, resident of Padam Palace, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla filed his nomination papers as an Indian National Congress candidate for Mandi Parliamentary Constituency (PC) today.
Sunder Singh Thakur (59), son of Jog Dhian Thakur village Teguberh, PO: Khokhan, Tehsil Bhuntar District Kullu, also filed his papers for Mandi PC from Indian National Congress as a covering candidate.
This was disclosed by a spokesperson of the Election Department here today.
Anand Sharma (71) son of P.A. Sharma of Prabhat Lodge, Lower Keleston, Tehsil and District Shimla (urban) filed his nomination papers as an Indian National Congress candidate for Kangra PC.
He said that Himachal Janata Party candidate, Narain Singh Dogra (64) son of Tulsi Ram Dogra, of ward No 13, Pantehar, Nagar Nigam Palampur, PO: Patti, Tehsil Palampur, district Kangra also filed his nomination for Kangra PC.
For Shimla Parliamentary constituency, Suresh Kumar (52) son of Amar Singh, R/O House No 163/11, Mohalla Ramdasiya, Nahan, District Sirmaur, filed his papers from Rashtriya Dev Bhoomi.
Similarly, for Hamirpur PC, Hem Raj (62) S/O Roshan Lal, VPO: Gharwasra, Tehsil: Dharampur, District Mandi from Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) filed nomination papers. Rattan Chand Katoch (65) S/O Khalelu Ram of VPO and Tehsil Barsar, District Hamirpur also from BSP, filed his nomination for Hamirpur PC as covering candidate.
Apart from this, Gopi Chand (69) son of Hari Singh resident of VPO: Bhater, Tehsil Bamsan (Tauni Devi), District Hamirpur and Garib Daas Katoch (66) son of Rumi Ram, Village Thana, PO: Thana Bajuri, Tehsil Bamsan (Tauni Devi) District Hamirpur and Arun Ankesh Syal (34), son of Hira Lal Syal of village Rajol, PO: Gummer, Tehsil Dehra Gopipur, District Kangra filed his papers for Hamirpur Parliamentary Constituency from Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal.
Two file Nominations For Assembly Constituencies
Ravi Thakur (62) son of Nihal Chand Thakur VPO: Gemur, District Lahaul & Spiti filed two sets of his nomination papers from Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) for bye-elections to be held in 21- Lahaul Spiti AC.
Rajeev Sharma (40) son of Des Raj Sharma of Village Gharoh, PO and Tehsil Bangana, District Una, filed his papers as an Independent candidate from Kutlehar Assembly constituency for bye-poll.
On the third day of filing of nominations no nomination papers were filed from Dharamshala, Sujanpur, Gagret and Badsar Assembly Constituencies.
