PSDM inks MoU with Indian Army’s Panther Infantry Division, Amritsar in presence of Cabinet Minister

To improve the skills and competencies of candidates in line with industry requirements, the Punjab Skill Development Mission (PSDM) has partnered with the Indian Army's Panther Division in Amritsar. This collaboration aims to offer free skill and vocational training to the families of serving and retired JCOs, defence personnel, veer naries living in Amritsar, war widows and youth from the border areas.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Amrit Singh, the Mission Director of PSDM, and Colonel Milan Pande, the Commanding Officer of the 15 DOU, Amritsar Panther Infantry Division of the Indian Army, in the presence of cabinet minister, here on Thursday.
Commending the PSDM for this partnership, Aman Arora informed that a total of 240 dependents of serving and retired Army personnel will receive training at the Panther Infantry Division of the Indian Army in Amritsar under the first phase.
