 CM dedicates 37 development projects worth Rs. 445 crore in four Assembly Constituencies of district Bilaspur

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu performed inaugurations and foundation stones of 37 development projects worth Rs. 445 crore for Jhanduta, Shri Naina Devi Ji, Ghumarwin and Sadar Bilaspur Assembly Constituencies of Bilaspur district today.
He inaugurated a 330 meter span bridge at Bagchhal on Gobind Sagar reservoir on Panjpiri-Kuthela-Bagchhal link road, which is one of the longest Cantilever bridge of India, completed with an expenditure of Rs. 64 crore. This bridge will facilitate the people of Shri Naina Devi Ji and Jhanduta Assembly Constituencies as well as the tourists and shorten the distance facilitating the people of Jhanduta and Ghumarwin to reach Bilaspur and Kiratpur.
Sukhu dedicated Polytechnic college building at Kalol with an outlay of Rs. 3.79 crore, Sub-Tehsil building Kalol completed at a cost of Rs. 1.21 crore, Primary Health Centre at Rishikesh built with Rs. 1.41 crore, Krishi Vigyan Kendra building at Berthin in Tehsil Jhandutta constructed at a cost of Rs. 1.18 crore, source level augmentation of various water supply schemes under IPH Section Gehrwin from Kaherwin Nallah (river Satluj) in Tehsil Jhandutta completed with an outlay of Rs. 18.33 crore.
He also inaugurated office accommodations of Deputy District Attorney, Assistant District Attorney and Public Prosecutor at Ghumarwin constructed at a cost Rs.5.71 crore, bridge over Karyal khad on Gatol to Neri-Narol road in Ghumarwin constituency constructed with an outlay of Rs. 1.64 crore, up-gradation of Ladraour-Jahu road via Hatwar completed at a cost of Rs. 9.84 crore, Mohra-Sunali-Gallian-Sukkar khad road constructed at a cost Rs. 3.59 crore, Ghumarwin to Tikker Silh via Marhol, Soi, Ropari road completed with an outlay of Rs. 5.70 crore and Mehran-Nain-Jaloun-Pangwara-Talai-KauliBasti-Takrehra-Soloun-Mandal-Khil road constructed with Rs. 2.52 crore.
The Chief Minister laid the foundation stones of Buhad to Malhot road to be completed with at a cost Rs. 5.87 crore, Dholag-Chaknar to Gah road to cost Rs. 5.42 crore, Baroha to Kohina road to be constructed with Rs.25.70 crore, Jaddu to Badgaon Gallu road with spending of Rs. 14.34 crore, Marotan to Dhani road to cost Rs. 6.29 crore, Bhallu to Balghar road to be built with an outlay of Rs. 6.69 crore, widening, strengthening and up-gradation of Bagchhal to Talai via Kalol road to be done with a cost of Rs. 57.88 crore, augmentation of LIS Barla Sunhani in tehsil Jhandutta to be completed with spending of Rs. 1.44 crore, and improvement and augmentation of LIS Tihri, Bakain, Ree-Randoh with an amount of Rs. 1.98 crore in Jhandutta assembly segment.
Sukhu laid foundation stones of up-gradation of Swarghat-Shri Naina Devi-Bhakhra-Kharkhari road to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 3.82 crore, up-gradation of Galwa to Gawalthai road with an expenditure of Rs. 30.06 crore, up-gradation of Behal to Swahan via Lakhala road at an expense of Rs. 13.92 crore, up-gradation of Baner-Zagatkhana road to cost 6.96 crore and up-gradation of Toba Gwalthai to Dharot road to be built at an expenditure of Rs. 7.07 crore in Shri Naina Devi Ji assembly segment.
He performed laying of foundation stones of Targhel to Ladrour road to cost Rs. 6.98 crore, Gahar to Ket road with an outlay of Rs. 7.52 crore, Sumbari to Bhapral lower road to cost Rs. 4.77 crore, Rahian-Amarpur-Hadsar-Ghumarwin-Sunhani to Tungari road at an expense of Rs. 9.21 crore, Rajiv Gandhi Government Model Day-Boarding School at Hatwar by spending Rs. 5 crore, link road from Dhingu to Sukari by spending Rs. 1.91 crore, Skill Development Centre at Ghumarwin to cost Rs. 2 crore, 33 KV Sub-Station at Bam to be completed with an outlay of Rs. 3.92 crore and 132 KV Sub-Station at Ghumarwin to be completed with an expenditure of Rs. 64.84 crore in Ghumarwin assembly constituency.
The Chief Minister also laid foundation stones of Dali to Bandlamiyan road to be completed with Rs. 5.61 crore, Dhartatoh-Drobar-Saryan Ghati road at an expense of Rs. 9.46 crore, Panchayat Ghar Harnora to Bohat Kasol road with an outlay of Rs. 8.34 crore and Kuthera to Bari Brahmna road at an expenditure of Rs. 7.27 crore in Sadar Bilaspur Assembly Constituency.
