Headquarters Army Training Command (ARTRAC) celebrated the 10th International Yoga Day at Shimla. The theme of the yoga this year is “Yoga for Self and Society”. Led by Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, General Officer Commanding in Chief, ARTRAC and Mrs Barinder Jit, Regional President AWWA, the event witnessed active participation by all ranks and families of HQ ARTRAC & the station units.
The practical sessions encompassed various aspects of yoga to include postures, breathing techniques, meditation etc. Participants also had the opportunity to interact with Mrs Venus Malhotra (renowned yoga expert) and gained valuable insights into incorporating Yoga into their daily routines. Overall, it provided a platform inspiring all ranks to embark and pursue their individual yoga journey.
