Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced that the government has credited financial assistance to eligible women under the Mawan Dhiyan Satkar Yojana, fulfilling its commitment to beneficiaries.

Addressing women across the state, the Chief Minister urged them to complete the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) form being conducted for the electoral rolls. He said submitting the form is essential to ensure their names remain on the updated voter list.

Mann warned that those who fail to complete the SIR process may have their names removed from the electoral roll. Without a valid voter registration, beneficiaries could also face difficulties in availing themselves of government welfare schemes, including the Mawan Dhiyan Satkar Yojana.

He appealed to women to fill out the SIR form without delay and encouraged anyone facing difficulties to seek assistance from local volunteers. The Chief Minister reiterated that protecting one's voting rights begins with ensuring that voter registration details are updated during the ongoing revision process.
