Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla hosted a dinner in honour of the Vice-President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar at Raj Bhavan this evening.
Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and his spouse, MLA from Dehra, Kamlesh Thakur were present on the occasion.
Leader of the Opposition, Jai Ram Thakur, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, Minister for Public Works and has been designated as Minister-in-Waiting Vikramaditya Singh, Urban Development Ministe Rajesh Dharmani, and Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Human Rights Commission P.S. Rana also attended the dinner.
Other dignitaries present included Lokayukta C.B. Barowalia, Chief Information Commissioner R.D. Dhiman, GOC-in-C ARTRAC Lieutenant General Devendra Sharma, Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena, Director General of the National Academy of Audit and Accounts Manish Kumar, Principal Accountant General (Audit) Purushottam Tiwari, Principal Accountant General Sushil Kumar, and Mayor of Shimla Municipal Corporation Surender Chauhan.
