Haryana Government has clarified that all Administrative Secretaries may take up implementing reservation in promotion in all cadres of Group-A and Group-B posts strictly in accordance with instructions in force i.e. October 7, 2023.
In a letter addressed by the Chief Secretary to the Administrative Secretaries states that “the State Government has decided that all Departments shall take prior approval of the Chief Minister through the Human Resources Department before issuing promotion orders in pursuance of instructions dated October 7, 2023.”
