Cabinet Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma held an important meeting with Sugarfed officials at the Ethnic India Tourism Centre in Rai to review preparations for the upcoming sugarcane crushing season. Officials from all sugar mills across Haryana attended the meeting.
The primary objective of the meeting was to assess the arrangements required to ensure the smooth commencement of the upcoming crushing season.
During the meeting, Dr. Arvind Sharma issued clear instructions to officials to ensure that farmers do not face any inconvenience. He stressed the need to complete all necessary arrangements at sugar mills well in advance to facilitate the smooth operation of the crushing season.
The minister emphasised that the convenience of farmers must remain a top priority and warned that any negligence in ensuring adequate facilities for them would not be tolerated. He directed officials to take timely action to ensure that all preparations are completed before the start of the crushing season.
