As per the amendment to Section 4 of the E-Auction Policy dated September 19, 2025 of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran has made it mandatory to submit a minimum of two Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs) for major sites, including commercial sites, hotel sites, and multi-storey buildings. The e-auction of these sites will be conducted on January 31, 2026.
Sharing information in this regard a spokesperson of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran said that the e-auction for residential and commercial (preferential) sites of all zones, along with nursing home sites, clinic sites, and all school sites, will be held on January 28, 2026. Similarly, the e-auction for residential and commercial (general) sites in Gurugram and Rohtak zones will be conducted on January 29, 2026. The e-auction for residential and commercial (general) sites in Faridabad district, Hisar, and Panchkula zones will be held on January 30, 2026.
The spokesperson further said that the e-auction for major sites of all zones, including commercial, hotel, hospital, institutional, and multi-storey building sites, will be conducted on January 31, 2026.
