Inauguration of SJPNL’s First Customer Service Center in Shimla

The first Customer Facilitation Center (CFC) of Shimla Jal Prabandhan Nigam Limited (SJPNL) was inaugurated today at the SJPNL office in Sanjauli by the Hon’ble MLA of Shimla Urban and the Hon’ble Mayor of Shimla Municipal Corporation. The center aims to provide enhanced services to consumers and ensure the quick resolution of their issues.

This center will cater directly to nearly 10,000 water connections and around 35,000 to 40,000 consumers in and around Shimla city. Consumers will be able to make easy and secure digital payments for their water bills here. In addition, the center ensures fast, transparent, and satisfactory grievance redressal. A modern queue management system has been installed to prevent unnecessary waiting times for visitors.

The staff at the center is fully trained, cooperative, and customer-friendly, ready to assist every consumer as needed. Located at a prime spot like Sanjauli, the center is easily accessible to residents of all nearby areas. With this initiative, SJPNL has taken a significant step towards improving customer services, thereby not only enhancing service quality but also strengthening consumer trust in the organization.

The center will be operated by SUEZ with the full support and cooperation of SJPNL.
