Paramjit Singb escaped to Pakistan in the 1990s but before that his organisation Khalistan Commando Force was a terroe in the Majha belt along the Indo Pakistan border. When the crackdown on Khalistanis started he escaped to Pakistan and has been living their till date.
His group KCF was responsible for multiple attacks on Indian Soil, including the killing of General Arun Vaidya, the Army chief during Operation Blue Star.
