Haryana Labour Minister Anoop Dhanak emphasised the significance of Gau Seva in attaining prosperity and well-being, stating that there are no greater means than to serve cows.
The Labour Minister said this while addressing the monthly member felicitation ceremony organized at Shri Krishna Gaushala in Bithamra village of Hisar today. On this occasion, he also inaugurated various developmental works executed with the financial grant given from his discretionary fund.
He said that the government is committed towards the development of Gaushalas of the state. For the first time, there has been an unexpected increase in the budget of the state's Gaushalas. Earlier the budget of Gaushalas was Rs 40 crore, which has been increased to Rs 400 crore. With this amount, construction of sheds, godowns, boundary walls, paving of roads, fodder arrangements and other facilities are being provided in Gaushalas across the state.
