Following the announcement of Punjab’s civic body election results, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has convened an important cabinet meeting on Saturday.
This will be the first cabinet meeting of the state government after the completion of the municipal election process, drawing significant attention from both political and administrative circles.
According to the official schedule, the cabinet meeting will be held on May 30 at 12 noon at the Chief Minister’s residence in Sector-2, Chandigarh. The meeting will be chaired by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, and all ministers have been directed to remain present.
Government sources said that the cabinet may discuss proposals related to various departments, administrative matters and several public welfare issues. Although the official agenda has not yet been made public, the meeting is being viewed as politically significant in the wake of the civic poll results.
