The Chief Minister has left for Delhi along with party MLAs, and the meeting with the President is scheduled for 12 noon. During the interaction, Mann is expected to raise the demand for a “Right to Recall” against the MPs who switched allegiance, arguing that they have betrayed the mandate of the people.
