Ladakh social activist Sonam Wangchuk joined the CJP protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on Saturday, where demonstrators demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged NEET paper leak and the CBSE evaluation controversy.

Addressing the gathering, Wangchuk said the concerns extend far beyond the NEET and CBSE issues and reflect deeper problems within India's education system. He emphasized that the debate should focus on improving the quality and credibility of education across the country rather than on isolated examination controversies.

Wangchuk also said that he has spent the last four decades working to improve education in remote government schools. However, he expressed disappointment that despite sustained efforts, meaningful changes have remained elusive, highlighting the urgent need for systemic reforms in the education sector.
