HM Vij's statement regarding the farmers' march to Delhi

Haryana Home and Health Minister Anil Vij regarding the farmer's march in Delhi said that dialogue can resolve any issue, and this issue will also be resolved. He said 'we will do whatever is necessary to ensure the safety of our state's people and to maintain peace'.

Vij said this while responding to the questions asked by media persons about the farmer's march to Delhi today.

He stated that discussions with farmer organisations are already underway. In this series, three ministers of the Central Government have come to Chandigarh from Delhi, under which the first round of talks has taken place and the second round of talks is going to be scheduled.

"Whatever is necessary to maintain peace and security for our state's people, we will do," emphasised Sh. Vij, responding to questions about thousands of farmers marching from Punjab to Delhi with tractors.

Describing farmer as ‘Anndata’, Sh Vij said that farmer feeds about 140 crore people of the country. He said that Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi believes that we have to focus on the poor, women, youth and farmers and he has asked to give emphasis in this regard.
