Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal, has granted administrative sanction for the special repairs and improvement of 16 ODR roads in Yamuna Nagar District. This project will cost over Rs. 24.02 crore. The roads serving rural areas of production and providing them with outlet to market centres, tehsil headquarters, block development headquarters, railway stations etc. are known as Other District Roads (ODRs).
Giving more information in this regard, an official spokesperson stated that the special repair under the project include Widening & Strengthening of village Kaith Kalanaur to Fatehpur spanning .360 km in Yamunanagar District with an estimated cost of Rs. 24.56 lakh, village Badhi Majra to H.B. Tirath Nagar with an estimated cost of Rs. 29.91 lakh, village Kaith Kalanaur Road to Isserpur with an estimated cost of Rs. 64.11 lakh, village Shadipur Jaipur to Panjupur road in Yamunanagar District with an estimated cost of Rs. 14.11 lakh, village Pansara Sahzadpur road to H.B. Sabepur with an estimated cost of Rs. 27.16 lakh, village Pansara Shahzadpur Road to Mehar Majra with an estimated cost of Rs. 34.19 lakh, village Buria Khadri Deodhar road to village Fatehgarh with an estimated cost of Rs. 46.64 lakh, village Badhi Majra road to Gadhauli Majri with an estimated cost of Rs. 29.29 lakh, village Jagadhari Chhachhrauli Poanta road to Balachaur road with an estimated cost of Rs. 51.20 lakh, village Kaith kalanaur road to Parwalo with an estimated cost of Rs. 31.77 lakh.
Furthermore, Pansara Shahzadpur road to Rampur in Yamunanagar District with an estimated cost of Rs. 67.41 lakh, Pansara Shahzadpur to kanalsi with an estimated cost of Rs. 13.48 lakh, SBI Pansara road via Badhi Majra in Yamunanagar Distt with an estimated cost of Rs. 42.62 lakh, Strengthening of village Buria Khadri Deodhar road (km. 0.00 to 19.50) in Yamuna Nagar District along with Village Buria Khadri Deodhar Road km. 0.00 to 11.75 2. Jagadhri Buria Deodhar road (km. 11.75 to 18.60), Deodhar Nainawali road (km.18.60 to 19.50) with an estimated cost of Rs. 18.60 crore.
He further stated that these initiatives reflect the Haryana Government's commitment to infrastructure development and will undoubtedly bring substantial benefits to the public by improving road networks and connectivity across the state.
