Haryana Chief Secretary T.V.S.N. Prasad, chaired a meeting with all Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners to review the progress on public grievances addressed during the ongoing "Samadhan Shivirs", being organized in all districts of the State through video conferencing, here.
Sh Prasad directed all the districts to ensure participation of public members of District Public Relations and Grievances Committees in the Shivirs held at district headquarters and subdivisions. He further directed that all districts share a list of such attending members with his office for better monitoring.
To ensure transparency and accountability, Sh Prasad advised Deputy Commissioners to get daily Samadhan Shivirs video graphed and maintain these recordings for future reference. He also directed all districts to compile the data on grievances categorized as unresolved due to the involvement of other departments. This data will be compiled in a department-wise and category-wise manner.
To expedite grievance resolution, Sh Prasad instructed all districts to submit their pending grievance data, categorized by department and type, to the respective departments responsible for addressing them. The Chief Secretary's office will be kept informed to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution.
Encouraging knowledge sharing of best practices, Sh Prasad urged all districts to share their success stories through a Google form already provided by the Samadhan Prakoshth team. Additionally, he advised all districts to prioritize entering their legacy data into the application developed by the Samadhan Prakoshth IT team.
The meeting was also attended by Principal Secretary, Human Resource Department Dr. D Suresh, Managing Director, Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Dr. Chandrashekar Khare, Special Secretary, Vigilance Department Dr. Priyanka Soni and Secretary, HSVP and Joint Secretary Monitoring and Coordination Smt Meenaxee Raj and other senior officers.
