Haryana CM Nayab Singh, has granted administrative sanction for the special repair and improvement of 3 MDR (Major District Roads) in 2 Districts namely Bhiwani and Sirsa. This project will cost over Rs. 35 crore. The important roads with a district connecting production and market places with each other or with the main highways are known as 'Major District Roads'.
Giving more information in this regard, an official spokesperson stated that the special repair under the project include Special repair by providing strengthening on village Jui kalan to village Kairu Tosham road with total length 19.43 KM in Bhiwani District with an estimated cost of Rs. 7.54 crore, Widening Strengthening of Adampur to village Jhojhu kalan to village Kadma-Satnali road with total length of 24.00 Km with an estimated cost of Rs. 23.30 crore in District Bhiwani, Strengthening on road from Sirsa to village Ludesar-Bhadra road upto Rajasthan Border with total length of 12.23 KM in Sirsa District with estimated cost of Rs. 4.15 crore.
He further stated that these initiatives reflect the Haryana Government's commitment to infrastructure development and will undoubtedly bring substantial benefits to the public by improving road networks and connectivity across the state.
