Vice Chancellor Prof. Tomar launches the admission portal, applications are open till June 18, 2024

JC Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, Haryana has announced its admission schedule for the academic year 2024-25. The university has invited online applications for various certificate, diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses through the admission portal. The last date for online application is June 18, 2024.
Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sushil Kumar Tomar launched the university's admission portal today to start the academic year 2024-25 online admission process.
Describing the new student-centric initiative as significant in line with the provisions of NEP 2020, Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sushil Kumar Tomar said that the new system will provide students with more flexibility and diverse options. By providing options to include Honors, Honors with Research, and Minor-Degree programs, the university is working towards making education more practical and empowering students. Flexibility in the education system will expand the scope of learning for the students and increase their employability. He said that the university is committed to implementing NEP 2020 and ensuring holistic and inclusive education for the students.
Director (Admissions) Prof. Ashutosh Nigam stated that in the academic session 2024-25, the university is offering admission to about 60 courses at certificate, diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. He said that the university is also going to start a new course, Master of Social Work in the upcoming session.
Regarding B.Tech admissions, Prof. Nigam clarified that admission to all B.Tech courses will be done through online counseling conducted by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) and its schedule will be available on the HSTES website www.hstes.org.in.
