CM Nayab Singh Saini, on Sunday, attended a programme organised by the ‘Sant Nirankari Seva Mission’ in Atta village, Panipat. Speaking as the chief guest, he commended the Mission for its unique work in serving both humanity and nature, which he described as exemplary for everyone. He said that this Mission is a living example of selfless service across the country, and he feels fortunate that he got a chance to join this mission.

The CM said that the Mission operates on the foundation of service, providing health services, blood donation, eye donation, and medical camps. He emphasised on the importance of tree plantation to restore the environment, which has been severely impacted by deforestation. Besides this, the Chief Minister also participated in the planting of 21,000 saplings.

The CM stated that PM Narendra Modi has initiated the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign with great foresight, and by planting more trees, we can secure our environment for the future.

CM emphasised the importance of preserving our culture and values. He stated that, along with protecting trees, we must also care for the elderly in our homes.
