The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday launched simultaneous raids at properties linked to Royale Builder and Royale Estate across the Punjab-Chandigarh region as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged financial and land-related irregularities.

According to sources, the search operations began around 6 am and are continuing at several locations in Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur and nearby areas. One of the key locations under the scanner is the Royale Oxford Street office situated on the Ambala-Zirakpur Highway.

Sources said the probe is connected to allegations of preparing fake land documents and suspicious property transactions. ED teams from Chandigarh and Delhi reportedly reached multiple premises simultaneously and initiated detailed searches.

During the operation, officials are examining property files, financial records, electronic devices, and transaction-related documents. Security has been tightened outside the targeted locations while the raids continue.

The ED has not yet issued an official statement regarding the case or any recoveries made during the searches. Further details are awaited as the investigation progresses.
