Call details of Dr. Mujammil and Dr. Shaheen reveal cash distribution under the guise of ‘help’

The investigation into the Delhi blast case is deepening, and shocking revelations continue to surface each day. A joint probe by national security agencies and the NIA has uncovered that this terror module operated in a highly organized manner to expand its network and draw people into its objectives. During the investigation, call detail records (CDRs) and digital payment transactions of Dr. Mujammil and lady doctor Shaheen from Faridabad’s Al-Falah University provided several crucial leads, further highlighting the seriousness of the entire conspiracy.

200 People on the Radar, 60 Detained So Far

It has been revealed that this module was not limited to just a few individuals. The network had expanded to nearly 200 people, who were contacted in some form. Around 60 individuals have been detained for questioning. Additionally, security agencies have seized about 40 mobile phones, many of which were found connected to encrypted apps and suspicious groups.
Agencies are now mapping the chain of these groups to understand the entire network of activities.

Dhauj and Fatehpur Tagga Villages Became the Nerve Center of the Plot

The investigation also revealed that the module had set up its primary base in Dhauj and Fatehpur Tagga villages of Faridabad. The 76-acre Al-Falah University campus in Dhauj was used as the main operational hub.
So far, the agencies have seized a large quantity of explosive materials from Dhauj and Fatehpur Tagga, including:

360 kg of Ammonium Nitrate (Dhauj)

2553 kg of NPK fertilizer (Fatehpur Tagga)

Rifles and pistols

IED-making equipment and components

The sheer quantity of seized material clearly indicates preparations for a large-scale explosion.

University Hostel Turned Into a Secret Operational Center

Hostel Building No. 17 of Al-Falah University was converted into a covert activity center by the module.
During the raid, investigators recovered important documents, diaries, and notes from Room No. 13 and Room No. 32. These documents included:

Names of 25–30 individuals

Coded entries

Planning notes dated 8–12 November

This information strongly suggests that the conspiracy had been underway for several months and that white-collar individuals played a significant role in it.

Network Built Through Financial Influence

The investigation into call records and digital payments of Dr. Mujammil and Dr. Shaheen revealed that they distributed money to several people under the pretext of providing help. Through these payments, the module gradually built its reach into rural areas and brought many individuals into its circle.
Security agencies suspect that this financial network played a crucial role in strengthening and sustaining the entire module.
