Governor met office bearers of Bihar Foundation

Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatraya today met the President, Punjab and Chandigarh Chapter of the Bihar Foundation,Dr. Rupesh Kumar Singh along with other office bearers including Niraj Kumar Singh, Binay Shankar Jha, and Pallav Kuma at Haryana Raj Bhavan today. The meeting highlighted key global and local initiatives of the Foundation, aimed at strengthening the connection between Bihar's diaspora and its development agenda.
The Haryana Governor was informed that the primary aim of the organisation of the Bihar foundation is to strengthen the bond between the state and its vast diaspora across India and worldwide. With 13 chapters in India and 15 international chapters in countries such as the USA, UK, Japan, UAE, Australia, and Singapore, the Foundation’s primary objective is to engage non-resident Biharis and Persons of Bihari Origin (PBOs) in contributing to the state’s progress.
The Bihar Foundation plays an instrumental role in the state’s socio-economic development by promoting bonding, branding, and business collaboration among the Bihari diaspora.
