Beautification of all 18 thousand ponds will be done in the state, Rs. 800 crore spent on the beautification of 2000 ponds

Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that in the general budget of the year 2024, an allocation of Rs. 25-25 crore will be made for each assembly constituency to give more impetus to development. He further shared that beautification of all 18 thousand ponds will be done in the state, Rs. 800 crore spent on the beautification of 2000 ponds.

The Deputy Chief Minister was on a tour of several villages in Sonipat district on Thursday, during which he addressed public gatherings in the villages, listened to the demands and issues of the people, and resolved them on the spot.

Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that now farmers do not have to wait for many days in mandis to sell their crops. They immediately sell their crops and the government also makes direct payments into the farmers' accounts within the stipulated time frame. More than 600 government services have been provided to the villages through CSC centres. Now there is no need to go to offices to get land deeds, yellow ration cards, and various certificates. Even the facility of automated pensions has started. Twelve tolls built by the previous government have also been closed, said the Deputy Chief Minister.

He said that with the setting up of the Maruti plant in kharkhoda, several other companies have also taken land here to set up their plants. A large number of new expressways and national highways have been constructed in the state, said Sh. Dushyant Chautala.

On this occasion, demands and problems for the development of villages were presented by representatives, responding to which the Deputy Chief Minister assured them to fulfil the demands.
