Haryana Govt committed to welfare of martyrs’ families: Gangwa

Haryana's cabinet minister Ranbir Gangwa today handed over an appointment letter to the sister of brave soldier Nishant Malik of Hisar district who sacrificed his life during an encounter with militants in Poonch- Rajouri area of Jammu and Kashmir in 2022.
While talking to journalists at his office located in the Haryana Civil Secretariat, Gangwa said the Haryana Govt is always committed to honour brave soldiers and the welfare of their families. He said the family of brave soldier Nishant, who sacrificed his life for the country during an encounter with militants, was provided financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh at that time as per the scheme of the Haryana Government. Today, the appointment letter has been handed over to the sister of the martyred soldier to appoint her to the post of JE (Civil) in the Public Works Department as per her qualification.
