Government, private educational institutions, panchayats, and private sports institutions are inviting online applications for the year 2024-25

With the aim of promoting sports, the Haryana Sports Department is inviting online applications from government, private educational institutions, panchayats, and private sports institutions to establish sports nurseries for the year 2024-25 by March 15, 2024.
Sharing more information in this regard a spokesperson for the sports department shared that the main objective of the sports nursery scheme is to promote sports at the grassroot level in the state and to nurture sporting talents at the grassroots level. Many players from the state who have been identified through this scheme have already achieved national and international level sports opportunities at a young age.
The spokesperson said that sports nurseries will be opened only for sports included in the Olympics, Asian Games, and Commonwealth Games. Interested applicants for sports nurseries can apply online by visiting the institutional and private educational institutions, private sports institutions, and the department’s official website www.haryanasports.gov.in.
