Under ‘Vivad Se Samadhan Yojana 2024’, the resolution will be done at a concessional rate

The Haryana Government has taken another step towards resolving the problem of repeated enhancement of plot holders who have received plots from the Haryana Urban Development Authority. The state government has provided an opportunity to the plot holders under the Vivaad Se Samadhan Yojana 2024. Now, the people who have taken plots from the authority have been allowed to apply till May 14, 2025 for resolution of enhancement issue.
Giving information, a government spokesperson said the state government has once again given a golden opportunity to the plot holders to pay a lower amount under the Vivaad Se Samadhan Yojana 2024. In this, the plot holders can settle their outstanding enhancement amount at a concessional rate. There is no legal complication in this either.
Giving detailed information, he said the scheme is available to all allottees and plot holders having residential plots, floorwise registration, group housing society, as well as institutional and industrial plots falling under various categories.
