PM, Governor and CM visit Mahabharata Anubhav Kendra

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday inaugurated the Panchjanya Memorial, based on the Lord Krishna’s sacred conch Panchajanya, at the Mahabharata Anubhav Kendra complex in Jyotisar, Kurukshetra. The Prime Minister also toured the Anubhav kendra. Haryana Governor Prof. Asim Kumar Ghosh and Chief Minister Si Nayab Singh Saini were present on the occasion.
The Panchjanya holds immense significance in the Mahabharata. Standing for justice and righteousness, Lord Shri Krishna sounded this divine conch at the onset of the great war. The newly installed conch, crafted in an advanced Vedic architectural style, symbolizes purity, courage, and the triumph of dharma. It also conveys India’s timeless message of righteousness and spiritual wisdom. The memorial features inscriptions of 18 verses from the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita.
Following the inauguration,Modi, Governor, Saini, and Tourism Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma visited various sections of the Mahabharata Anubhav Kendra and paid homage to the sacred land of the Gita. They also visited the reception gallery, the creation room of the epic, the ancient Mahabharata era, the Kuru lineage, Draupadi’s Swayamvar, the cosmic form of Lord Shri Krishna, Gita shlokas, Krishna’s divine role, and the Kurukshetra 48 Kos region, among others.
