The Punjab government transferred five PCS officers with immediate effect late Friday night. Amit Sareen, a 2012 batch PCS officer, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur. Earlier he was posted as Joint Secretary.
Meanwhile, 2012 batch PCS Damanjit Singh Mann, who was earlier posted as ADC, Ferozepur, has been transferred as ACS Rural Development, Patiala, Defence Services Welfare. Hardeep Singh, a 2014 batch PCS officer posted as ADC (General), Pathankot, has been posted as Estate Officer (Housing) in Gmada.
Amarinder Singh Tiwana of 2014 batch, who was posted as ADC (Rural Development), Patiala, has been transferred to the post of Joint Secretary in Defence Services Welfare.
PCS Jugraj Singh Kahlon of 2025 batch, who was posted as CM's field officer in Barnala, has been posted against the vacant post of SDM in Malout.
